Dr. Helen Miller has over twenty years of teaching and administrative experience. She has designed and implemented professional development and training at the national, state, and local levels. Dr. Miller has observed hundreds of teachers in the classroom, provided meaningful feedback, and coached them to reach their professional goals. She has leveraged this experience to create a leadership development series for learners of all ages.
Dr. Miller earned a Doctor of Education Degree in Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University, a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from Towson University.

Ms. Claudine Norton is an innovative educator with over sixteen years of elementary and middle school teaching experience. Ms. Norton has taught at an elementary school in New York and a middle school in Maryland. As a reading specialist, her content expertise is English Language Arts, but it is working with at-risk students that truly motivates her passion to teach.
Ms. Norton was the Site Coordinator for the 21st Century program and leads her own afterschool intervention program at the middle school level, which she won a curriculum award for writing and implementing.
Ms. Norton earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from the College of Staten Island. In addition, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from Fairfield University.
